A custom shelf meant to exhibit a Potensic T35 drone while being mounted to a wall. The design of the shelf accommodates the drone itself, its transmitter, and up to four compatible batteries. As well, the shelf contains two sliders where the drone's landing gear rests upon that allow a user to push in or pull out the drone away from the wall, permitting for easier handling when removing the Potensic T35 from the shelf and reducing the chance of wall scratching with one of the rotor blades. Designed in Autodesk Inventor Professional, FEA material stress tested in Autodesk Inventor Nastran In-CAD, rendered in Keyshot 9, prepared for FDM fabrication in Ultimaker Cura 3D, and printed using a Creality Ender 3. This project served as another opportunity for me to improve my skills with Inventor Nastran.
